   General Overview of our P.S.P. - Product Support Packages to cover:
 
:: - Pre-Sales Engineering Assistance to our Customers/End-Users in their Semiconductor Production Equipment Selection
     and Optimization to their current and future production process requirements.
:: - Pre-Shipment attendance at the Source Inspection Stage at our Vendors/Principals' Facilities with or without our
     Customers/End-Users presence.
:: - Equipment Installations, Integrations, Wholly and/or Partial Assembly and Test pursuant to our Vendors/Principals
     M.P.I.s, Q.C. and Q.A. Verification Mile-Stones.
:: - Provision of G-ELECTRONICS' Qualified and Certified Services Under the Warranty periods pursuant to the Terms and
     Conditions granted and/or mutually agreed upon by and between our Vendors/Principals and our Customers/End-Users
     at their Sites and/or at our Facilities.
:: - Provision of G-ELECTRONICS' Qualified and Certified Services of our Vendors/Principals at our Customers/End-Users
     Sites and/or at our Facilities in accordance with our Standard and/or Budget Tailored Maintenance Agreements payable
     to G-ELECTRONICS on a Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Basis pursuant to a Mutually Agreed Upon Response Time while
     offering G-ELECTRONICS' Availability of Services from M.O.S. - Man-On-Site "24 by 7" to One (1) or Two (2) Working
     Shifts throughout "Per-Call Services" with Pre-Determined and Mutually Agreed Upon Response Time.
:: - Implementations of our Vendors/Principals Recommended Continuous Product Enhancement Programs a.k.a. C.I.P. -
     Continuous Improvement Programs of their Equipment Installed Base at our Customers/End-Users Sites and/or at
     G-ELECTRONICS' Facilities.
:: - Provision of G-ELECTRONICS' Depot Services and Inventory Management for Major & Minor Modules, Spare Parts and
     Consumables as mutually agreed upon between our Vendors/Principals and our Customers/End-Users or under
     separate commercial agreements "Budget Tailored" on a case-by-case basis. G-ELECTRONICS' will always
     recommend that the Customers/End-Users buys Spare Parts LEVEL "I" for 90% R.F.R. or LEVEL "II" for 95% R.F.R., or
     LEVEL "III" for 98% R.F.R. with the System and/or Number of Systems as recommended by our Vendors/Principals,
     in order to secure the system/s utilization at the up-time mutually agreed upon with our Vendors/Principals at the time of
     placement of their Purchase Orders.
:: - Provision of G-ELECTRONICS' training of the system's Line Maintenance Technicians and Operators and Process
     Engineers pursuant to our Vendors/Principals recommended syllabus and Hands-On Sessions.
:: - Based on many years of G-ELECTRONICS' accumulated experience with a broad variety of Semiconductor Production,
     Test and F.A. Equipment, during the Warranty Period, our Vendors/Principals bear the cost of repairs of Spare Parts,
     Minor or Major Modules and/or the expenses incurred to cover A.M.R. - Advanced Module Replacement and/or
     R. & R. - Repair & Return of the said Spare Parts, Minor or Major Modules.
