is a private company owned by Elie GALIMIDI that was registered and established in October 1970 under the laws of the State of Israel.

Our facility is approx. 300 sq. meters. We are located in the Industrial Center of Givatayim, about 4 miles from the center of Tel-Aviv and 12 miles from the Ben-Gurion International Airport.

In June 2003 we have axpanded our Facilities by adding 250 sq. meters of Clean Room & Warehousing areas dedicated to the Assembly,Integration, Q.A. & Q.C. Tests, Calibration & Services of ASYST's E.F.E.M.s, A.M.H.S. and their related S.M.I.F. Modules.

Our experienced Applications, Sales & Service Engineers undertake various projects including Consultation, Design, Integration, Sales, Installation and Service of Electronic Systems and Equipment for the Semiconductor and Hybrid Industries, Avionics and Military Sectors.

Being in these industries for the past 36 years, we have accumulated a substantial amount of experience, core competencies and a proven track record in the field of:

Semiconductor Processing and Analytical Inspection Equipment.
